Our Annual General Meeting will be held on Sunday, September 27 at 2:00pm at the church. We encourage our entire church family to attend and hear what is going on in our church.

Pre-AGM Financial Q & A
The Board of Elders and Finance Committee invite you to examine and discuss our church finances and the proposed budget for the 2026-2027 fiscal year. The Pre-AGM Financial Q&A will happen Tuesday, September 22 at 7:00pm in the Grand Valley Room on the second floor.
Advance Voting
If circumstances prevent members from attending, advanced voting on the Board of Elders and the approval of financial documents will be available in two ways:
In-person at the church office:
Voting Hours: September 21-24, 2026. Monday - Thursday 9:00am-4:00pm.
Digital Voting:
Digital voting will be available Monday, September 21 beginning at 9:00am until 4:00pm on September 24. Please contact Nicqueline at the church office by 4:00pm on Wednesday, September 23 for digital voting access.
