Our Annual General Meeting will be held on Sunday, September 28 at 1:30pm at the church. We encourage our entire church family to attend and hear what is going on in our church.

Pre-AGM Financial Q & A
The Board of Elders and Finance Committee invite you to examine and discuss our church finances and the proposed budget for the 2024-2025 fiscal year. The Pre-AGM Financial Q&A will happen Tuesday, September 23 at 7:00pm in the Grand Valley Room on the second floor.
Advance Voting
If circumstances prevent members from attending, advanced voting on the Board of Elders and 2025-26 Budget will be available in three ways:
In-person at the church office:
Voting Hours: September 22-25, 2025. Monday - Thursday 9:00am-4:00pm.
Digital Voting:
Digital voting will be available Monday, September 22 beginning at 9:00am until September 27, 2025 at midnight. Please contact Nicqueline at the church office for digital voting access.
Mail-in Ballots:
Please contact Nicqueline at the church office for a mail-in ballot. Your ballot must be received by the office by September 25, 2025.
