Our Annual General Meeting will be held on Sunday, September 26 at 1:30pm at the church. We encourage our entire church family to attend and hear what is going on in our church.

The Board of Elders and Finance Committee invite you to examine and discuss our church finances and the proposed budget for the 2021-2022 fiscal year as well as the proposed suspension of Bylaw Article 4.2 (Elders Term Limit). The Pre-AGM Q&A will happen Tuesday, September 21 at 7:00pm in Creekside Room.
If circumstances prevent members from attending, advanced voting on the 2021-22 Budget, Board of Elders, and Elder Term Limit Suspension will be available at the church office.
Voting Hours: September 20-23, 2021. Monday - Thursday 9:00am-4:00pm.
