What: Join Rem Vlasblom and Jason Koleba climbing a mountain in the Kananaskis area! We will choose our route depending on the experience and fitness of those who sign-up.
For Who: You can expect to be on the trail for 4-5 hours and ascend 400-800 meters. You are welcome to bring children/youth if you are confident in their capacity for this activity.
When: Wednesday, July 15th. We’ll leave Cochrane around 8 a.m. and return before 5 p.m.
How Much: No Charge
Number of Participants: This activity is limited to 12 participants.
Other Details: Due to restrictions surrounding Covid-19, participants will need to provide their own transportation to the trailhead (between 75-100 km each way) as well as their own hydration, nutrition, footwear and hiking gear. We will practice social distancing on this hike. When the registration window closes, we will send participants a more detailed itinerary as well as a waiver for the excursion. This activity is weather-dependent. We will cancel if weather conditions are unsuitable.
