Overseeing the food services at an event including menu planning, organizing set-up, prep, serving and clean-up. Helpers will be provided.

Menu/Set-up/Decor Prep: 2 - 4 weeks ahead.
Meal & Set Up Prep: 3 - 7 days ahead.
Event Day: 1/2 to full day.
