I will say to those called 'not my people', 'you are my people'; and they will say, 'You are my God'.
The mass exodus of Rohingya into Bangladesh was widely covered by the media, but as time passes they are in danger of becoming yesterday's news, a forgotten people. Let us remember "the most friendless people in the world" may be forgotten by many, but they are not forgotten by God. We believe and hope in a God of love, redemption and resurrection. Let's join our prayers together and declare that the Rohingya people have a calling as children of the living God.
- Worship: Praise God for His kindness, grace, love and mercy. Thank Him that He knows the name of each Rohingya person and the situations they face.
- Workers: Pray for strenth for people working with the Rohingya; for their physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. Pray that more people will join the workforce.
- Wonders: Pray for signs and wonders, revelation and understanding so that His name is known and glorified among the Rohingya.
- Word: Bible translation work is ongoing. Pray for all involved, that they would be led by the Spirit and have wisdom as to what to prioritize.
