Open the Door Financial Update - October 2016

With our building project underway, we want to give an update on where the Cochrane Alliance family is at for Open the Door finances. With a project of this magnitude, our final building costs will be approximately $4.2 million. The information below will show you the cost breakdown, where we’re at and a look to the future.  

With construction underway, the Western Canadian District of the Christian & Missionary Alliance will provide bridge financing while the pledges come in. They will also provide access to a flexible long term mortgage program.
